S&T Summer Associate Interview at CSFB

I had an MD drop my resume and I will be interviewing shortly. I am a first year MBA at a non target, but still top 20-25 program. I have two years of "not great experience" plus I had two different jobs, neither of which related much to S&T.

Questions:

Anyone know what to expect?

Am I at a disadvantage because I am not coming from a target and I don't have good work experience?

Will there be more technical or fit questions (it's the first interview)

Do I have a realistic shot?

I would appreciate any advice.
