Starting FX Trading while WFH?

Niece is in a Rotational Program at a BB in a treasury role, and 1 of the rotations is FX Trading.

Seems pretty cool, as she would be working in both the FX Sales and FX Trading desks for 6 months. But would you recommend she take this rotation while in a WFH environment? She still has 3 rotations left in her program.

Only concern is how would she learn from the other FX traders if they're WFH, and not working shoulder to shoulder? Would people really call her and include her in the discussions, or would she just get ignored? And what about Bloomberg Terminal and other monitors, would those be shipped to her apartment or what?
