So I'm going to be starting soon at a prop firm that is not mainly algorithmic.
I'm a little scared cuz I suck at programming and don't know too much strategy but I'm hoping this doesn't matter too much because I'm a TA.
Any last words of advice? What should I be focused on learning before I start?
Seeing as your a start up, managing new prop traders i.e. creating some sort of training development program for those without a track record
