I've received a return offer to join full-time in a BB Structuring Desk (FX & Fixed Income).
Is this position purely FO or a mix of FO-MO?
In addition, how would S&T incoming analysts would prep themselves before joining the trading floor? I still have 1 semester left in college.
Any tips would be appreciated.
