PWM internships (Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, etc.) are always a good possibility at this point. They get tons of shit in this forum (and for good reason), but it's a solid way for freshmen and sophomores to demonstrate that they have an interest in finance. And the big name doesn't hurt either. Just don't do these when you're a junior though

 
maximus307Goldman offers a spring week and a summer for sophs. JPM and MS have em for URMs, as does Barclays i think. UBS has a presidents' internship for sophs which includes S&T and DB has a 3-day program for banking and S&T
