Had a superday with MS/JPM/DB, when should I expect to hear back?

Hey guys, I had a superday last month in December with one of MS/JPM/DB and am still waiting to hear back. the superday went well with some mistakes but mostly positive conversations throughout. Struggled a bit with the technicals. They told us they'd get back to us in 2 weeks but it was around the holiday season so they didn't reach out at as expected. Now that the holiday season has passed, I emailed the HR team about the status of my application and they said someone would follow up with me soon. Should I still hold out hope for an offer?

lol why not just say the actual bank's name?  do you think any of your interviewers knows or cares it's you posting?

From experience, if you get the position you should hear back within 3-5 business days (sometimes even sooner). If you were not selected, it can be over a week depending on the HR team and program/bank.

When I was recruiting for banking, I usually heard within a day after a super-day. However, a close friend of mine worked for DB and it took her a full two weeks to hear back. If it's been over two weeks even with holidays having been recent, you're probably out of luck.

I realistically wouldn't hold out hope here. What might happen is that someone reneges and you could get their spot, but again, I wouldn't wait around hoping for that.
