switch desks in S&T
is there any possibility to switch to trading/structuring roles in a different asset class after almost 2 years in the current role? Within FICC, which desks are growing especially for London/HK?

Switching is possible after two years, especially within FICC. Rates and FX desks in London usually have the best mobility if you network early.
Icic. I have reached out to some people before but it was all first time connections and I sort of not followed up. What would be the best way to re-express my interest? I know some people would take on some projects for the desks interested and successfully transferred. Would it be best practice to propose a mini project you can do on the side?
