Switzerland or Netherlands for a career as Quant/Trader?

Hello everyone, I'm studying Computer Science (2nd year atm) in Greece and I would like to do MSc abroad in Financial Engineering or a more specialised CS program. I'm interested in HFT, prop trading/market making or commodity trading. As far as I know there are some Quant HFs and some big commodity trading firms based in Switzerland (mostly in Geneva and Zurich) and a lot prop trading market making firms and commodity shops in Netherlands (mostly in Amsterdam and Rotterdam), that's why I'm considering those 2 countries. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance!!!
