TIPS FOR A BEGINNER

Hello everyone there, I am currently an engineering student but economics, trading in specific, has caught my attention. I would like to know how much potential is there in this line of work in terms of finances and please suggest where should I start from?

Start reading other posts in the sub-forum. You should be able to find a lot of knowledge here. Try to learn what it means to be a trader (sales vs. trading), day-to-day life, work/life balance, industry, etc.

I am sure that you will find lots of information here. Once you know what it means to be a trader (I am assuming that's what you want to become), you can start reading books about trading, etc.

Also, you might want to change your name (for anonymity purposes). I am pretty sure I found you on linked in.
