Top10 MBA from Sales/Structuring role?

Hi,

how would you guys evaluate the chances to get into a Top10 MBA program after 2-3 years of work experience in a Sales/Structuring role in either of these banks (UK based):

1) Citi 2) SocGen 3) BarCap 4) DB (any differencesbetween those at all?)

MBA mostly seen as possible exit op to transfer to consulting/industry.
