Traders: how would you react to this?
Heard about this from a friend in a similar way to bad beat sharing stories, but was wondering what you think of this.
You contact your broker to clear a position you entered into to after they had confirmed all your orders were out of the market .
They enter your sell order into their system before closing auction ends, you can see your order on the brokers own system.
The auction concludes, transacting at a price above your price and you did not trade.
Par for the course? Hit the roof? Break down and cry? Ignoring numbers, they aren't relevant for me, its just the principle that matters to me.
To be expected from time to time. Like life, nothing in trading is guaranteed .
