Trading Desk Under the Private Bank

I recently received an offer for a summer position under the Private Bank arm of a BB. While I know this is considered Asset Management there are product desks within that from what I understand operate as or almost as a normal trading desk would. I am planning on gunning for placement on a desk and should have a shot. Does anyone have any experience or insight on sitting on a desk under the Private Bank? Thanks!
