Trading in Nomura VS Structuring in US BB
Which one would you guys choose? Both positions are in Asia. Both in FICC. The trading in Nomura seems to be expanding in Asia. The structuring in the US BB is strong and stable. Will it be possible to move to trading internally? Trading is always my first choice, but I dont know how the future of FICC trading will be. Thx.

Hard choice. If it's JP or GS go with the BB and hope for an internal transition, else stick with Nomura. Structuring to trading is a natural move, but it's still better to start as a trader. FICC is good
Thx for ur insights. But what if other tier 1 BB like Citi?
DB, Citi, CS, Barcap etc. def not worth it. Nomura after the partial lehman takeover is a good house, especially in asia.
