Trading Job In Europe

Hi All,

A small background about myself. I work in Market Risk Equity Derivatives at say, Morgan Stanley/Credit Suisse/UBS/JPMorgan Chase in a Non European country and I want to make a career in Sales and Trading in Europe(France, Germany, Switzerland) with a long term plan to get citizenship(my girlfriend of 5 years has gone Europe and she prefers we spend rest of our lives there), I see a lot of discussions here for the States but less from Europe.

What are the programs and schools that can lead me into this role? Would an MBA suffice or should I head for a Computational Finance and related Ph.D.?

Thanks

Edit1: UK is off charts
