Typical Salary / Hours Per Week of Glencore / Traf / BP Graduate Trading Programs
Very interested in Commodities trading but worried about potential of never getting a seat on a trading desk. How well compensated are analysts in development programs (specifically looking at U.S. salaries). Is there a big paycut from IB?

Don't know exact numbers but definitely less than IB on both the salary and hours part. Hours probably 45-60 with 45 being very light and 60 being a fairly rough week.
Chances to become a trader at Trafi/Glencore are not great from what I hear, better to start off at BP.
