hello DeighTrader- i have an interview monday and really badly need the heard on the street pdf- i forgot mine at home and Amazon can t deliver before monday - could you send me the pdf ? please please

Anyone with experience with the interviews: Did that book really cover most of the basics where nothing was a big surprise?

I have a friend who keeps getting those classic brainteasers:

-Identifying the heavy ball out of 12 using scales -Crossing the bridge with a flashlight -Burning a rope to measure 45 minutes -The 3 gallon and 5 gallon buckets, etc.

Is there a good source anyone can recommend that has compiled all of these basic, yet constantly used brainteasers?

Well the book this thread is discussing is one such book... it has all of those plus a lot more.

I've had 1st and 2nd rounds at a top prop firm, and I can say that while some of the questions are similar to "heard on the street," others go far beyond what the book talks about. Beyond that, they know what versions of the questions are popular, so they give you a similar question with different parameters to force you to think through it
