Well Known HFT Algos

Hello Everyone,

I am a relative newbie to HFT and have started reading about things only recently. I was wondering if there are any common/well known market making HFT strategies or Algos that are well known on the street or a implemented by a number of people on the street. I know a lot of what goes behind is the scene is a closely guarded secret, but some well known Algos or strategies would be very helpful to a newbie like me.
