Got an email 2 monday’s ago to complete a preference survey for the 2024 S&T Analyst program at Wells Fargo, any idea when teams will reach out to schedule an interview?

I did the interview and got the offer. You will interview normally and if all is well you MIGHT get your preference it’s not a guaranteed, but you can get an offer for another asset class. For example i wanted FX, but I got equities. The recruiter said the equity department was fighting over me.

I did the survey around the same time as you. The teams did not reach out for the interview, and my application status is still under "Review".
