What are some genuine questions you would ask a desk head prior to a full time offer?

I’m going through a bunch of genuine questions that I should know prior to starting a career in trading. The desk is more of a sell-side desk but trades a niche product that has some proprietary risk taking ability about it but it’s mainly sell-side OTC market making. In order to make an accurate decision what questions should I be asking the desk head? I’ve come up with a few and I’m really trying to base my decision on being able to learn as much as possible and start a career.

How do you see the technology progressing for the desk by the time I start?

What would some of the tasks and projects I’d be assigned early on encompass?

Is there an opportunity to stand out on the desk and if so are the opportunities for that to be reflected in a performance based bonus or promotion?

How do you see the asset class and the desk developing in the future. Do you see a market for exotics and structured products being big enough for us to open more trading desks for the same product?

Not sure what else to ask to really scope out how strong the desk is as well. What would be some questions to ask to determine if the desk is good? It was a 2 person team now 4.
