There have been many legendary trades/investment plays that have transpired over the decades. Paulson's short of subprime mtgs., Bacon's bet on the Kuwait invasion, Chano's short, etc. These were simple trades, but not EASY trades because of the amount of research and capital investment that was put into these trades.
I'm particularly interested in hearing your favorite trades/investment plays or ones that aren't so conventional; I don't care if your trades did not or did not work; What matters is whether the trade was sound.
