What do you do when your boss doesn't talk to you?

Hi guys, I am pretty new into my job and my direct supervisor just doesn't talk to me at all and I feel quite intimidated and don't know how to make him open up. I am still very unsure of my responsibilities and my roles as well. Have you guys ever experienced this and how did you deal with it?

Yeah dude my boss keeps saying yeah I will talk to you about that assignment later, several times, and I kept pushing him. It was easy for me to connect with everyone else on the floor except for HIM, which is driving me very uncomfortable, especially when I sit next to him 15 hours a day.

He is not the type of person to go out drinking after work so I guess I will ask to speak with him in a conference room?

Sounds like you are pushing and maybe being a little annoying. Relax... you are not the most important thing his plate right now. I think it will be fine once you do stop...
