What if Company knows about my Trading Activity?

Hello, Per the BB I work for, I'm unable to open a forex trading account in my name, given I have access to private information. Disclaimer: I'm not interested in using that info to trade since it would be illegal. However, I do want to open an account in someone else's name to execute those trades. I was going to ask my brother, but since we carry the same last name, this may draw some unwarranted attention. I'm not too sure if I could trust someone else though... Does anyone know how to do this and go unnoticed? Also, is using my brother a viable option? Especially, if we'll be exchanging the returns back and forth? Broker would be FXCM or Forex."com". Thanks.
