What is the comp/risk formula for prop traders at FirstNewYork ?

basically, what the title says...What is the comp formula for prop traders (2-3 years of experience, profitable) at FirstNewYork ? 

Also, how much would they allow a junior trader to lose before they get stopped out / fired?  50k? 500k?
