What teams are involved in exotic equities trading?
I'm looking to move in to banking and I've been contacted about a role in the equities team of a BB, supporting exotic trades. I have an accounting background so I'm guessing it's some kind of MO/BO product control role supporting FO, perhaps in Operations. Does that sound right or could it be a different division all together, and are there 'support' roles in the FO?
I'm still figuring out the banking structure so any help understanding this would be much appreciated! Thanks
