What trading style appeals to prop shops the most, (Intraday, Swing, Momentum, Artbitrage etc)

I definitely have a lot of experience with intraday and a good amount of swing trading experience, I know that I have a very solid and sustainable strategy for trading intraday, but I have heard that since automated trading systems have started to outperform humans for small time frames its best to trade 1-3 months out since computers can't predict anything outside the next few seconds but will advance quickly. Anyway, I just want to get an understanding of how real, full-time prop shops work since they must be different from things like FTMO and Surgetrader.
