Where do people go after working in Quant?
Somewhat off-topic post, curious what exit opportunities would look like for a Quant Trader? Do they go to Hedge Funds, other Prop Shops, or just become chicken farmers?
The industry is already enough of a black box with recruiting, but once you’ve made it in what’s next?
