Which one??? Bond Trading Assistant (Back Office/Middle Office) at a large top investment bank vs FX and Money Market Trader (Front Office) at a small central bank

Hey guys,

I am having a hard picking between the two. I am worried that the TA role at IB won't help me to get a job in a front office environment (sales and trading) at a larger IB. However, it pays better than the front office role at the central bank of my home country (it's a small market).

Pls, help me! Company name recognition vs better role? Which one would help in the future to get a job in Sales and Trading at a top institution?

Thanks a lot! :)
