Why do people leave Sales and Trading?
What are the main reasons for leaving S&T? Off the top of my head:
1) Buyside (HF, AM, IR/Sales, PC?)
2) Stress
3) Hours (60 hours seems reasonable for entry level when factoring in salary etc)
4) Lack of satisfaction
Whilst 2-4 are shitty, these apply to a lot of jobs. What is the reason for lots of people leaving?
Doesn't mean they're not worth leaving over.
