Why Do Prop Firms/FINRA Care If I Have Consumer Debt And My Account Is In Collections?
Hi all, After submitting paperwork to the prop firm they asked me if I can dramatically reduce my debt to proceed with them. My account is currently in collections. Currently, I am not in a position to pay off even a portion of the debt because I need the capital to trade at the firm. What should I do for the firm to agree to work with me?
