Will Trading firms check transcript?

Does anyone know how closely trading firms (Optiver, Citadel, etc.) look over your transcripts?

Just got notified from Optiver that I need to submit my transcript before moving to the final round of interviews.

Asking because I had to retake a calculus class and my first grade is not pretty at all. Worried that it might affect my chances.
