XVA quant offer
Hi wso, I recently received an offer with top BB for XVA desk strat(quant) offer, how much trading exposure will I have as a quant on this desk and what's a normal year end bonus like at asso level? My ultimate goal is to become a quant trader at buyside or on amm desk in GS/MS, will this role create proximity for future lateral? Thanks!
