Boutique PE vs VC vs Valuation Internships

Hey guys,

So cold emailing has finally gotten me some interview for part-time internships and I was wondering which one would give me the best experience.

The PE are boutiques and acquire from 5-50mil in revenue . Will mainly be looking for deals and then following up and performing due diligence and analysis. They would have a good amount of emailing/calling/making lists of potentials.

The VC is 23 person team with investments in 70 companies - mainly tech. They are looking for a due diligence intern and an intern to help with theyre financials along with their investments financials.

The valuation is a 20-50 person valuation advisory team (2 offices) that is very involved in illiquid assets along with other stuff. The position is a financial analysis internship.

I also have an offer from a business and tech advisory firm to financial service companies.

Any order of usefulness or recommendations I avoid certain ones? Interested in Valuation / ER / Trading / Corp Fin
