Breaking into IB after 1yr. in VC (Post-Grad)

Anyone know of someone who has successfully broken into IB after one-year in VC out of undergrad?

Do you think sector-specific teams, aligned with my current firm’s sector, would be open to me as a candidate?

Overall, any advice on interviewing and on timing with slots opening up on teams?
