Capital One BA intern (Plano) or Stepstone VC

Have offers from both but not sure which one to pick.

I'm Interested in VC but worried about exit opps and low pay. It's not entirely direct investing, but also a mix of FoF and secondaries. I'm not entirely sure what BAs at Capital One do. 

Also wondering which is better for exit opps/FT recruiting (open to strategy consulting or VC/GE FT).
