Every year I receive a personalized email from a VC firm in cali

Hi,When I was 15 I submitted an application to a vc firm in California. They were only accepting college seniors at the time for a few weeks intensive training. If they liked you they would offer you a Ft position.Anyway, they got back to me and kept in touch with me until they offered me an internship running their social media with another college student.(I wasn't in college and I'm still not yet) Now here's the fuck up. I asked how much I would be compensated (I was young). They ghosted me.I thought fine it is what it is. Then every year I get an email from them telling me to apply again for the internship. I always tell them I'm not in college yet and they still tell me to apply. So, I do apply. They tell me sorry your not old enough. Finally this year after applying again they tell me, "we would love to work with you when your in college."Kinda weird, but I'm thankful I might have a chance at this place when I'm at uni.
