Exploding Startup Offer do I refuse?

Hi WSO,

I just recently interviewed with an up-and-coming startup with an extremely strong team backed by some huge VC names and Y-combinator.

They offered to relocate and pay for my rent for me to start at their HQ country + salary + benefits. They're an extremely fast-growing company with some big-name clientele and I want to be in the startup world in the long run.

The issue is however that I am interning at a very well-established early VC already in SF and am recruiting for FT banking this year. I am unsure if I should literally drop everything and move to a foreign country (albeit pretty close) to participate.

What are your thoughts?
