F15 Corporate Startup Accelerator to IB

Hey guys,

It just occurred to me that I kinda want to just become a career banker. I interned in IB my sophomore year and thought maybe a buy-side role would be better, but doing HF and VC for my last two internships, I realize now banking may be the place I would love to be most. That being said, I've just accepted a likely position (don't wanna jinx haha) at a corporate startup accelerator in a F15 company and want to know what people would recommend my plan of attack be. Would it be possible to break in after a few years at the accelerator and pitch myself as unique (my GPA is kinda low at 3.3, but I heard after your first job GPA doesn't matter) or would I have to get an MBA? What kind of banks could I get into? Thank you all for your help I really appreciate it!
