From HF -> Growth Equity or VC

Hey everybody, I have an offer at a good generalist L/S fund. Would be stupid to turn down, but have been interested in crossover funds and / or growth equity for awhile

Would it be possible to go from a generalist role at a reputable long short to a growth equity role down the road?

Thanks
