I would assume - similar to everything else on the private markets buyside, that the pay differential between the US and the UK is anywhere from a 15% - 25% discount, and then drastically blows out at the senior levels where carry comes into play - cuz ya know. Bigger flashier deals and more AUM in America vs. Europe = a fuckton more carry value.
