Growth Equity salary? -- $1-2B in AUM
Starting in solid BB group in SF that sends to megafunds in July, obviously thinking about exits a little bit. I think PE is awesome, but starting to think about growth equity more. There is one shop in particular I'm thinking about that has been raising oversubscribed $500M growth funds, with probably $1-2 billion in AUM (?). How much do you think they pay their associates/VPs (salary + bonus only)? How much would partners or MDs make in this space? Thanks a ton
