Haven't been able to find any specific discussion on healthcare focused growth equity and venture capital firms in the New York/Boston area- would appreciate any and all recommendations anyone has beyond the bigger/best-known shops that do healthcare (GA, General Catalyst, Summit, Insight, etc.).
