How do I know if a VC firm is legitamate?
I have an offer from a venture capital firm that has 50 M AUM and is a small team. How can I tell if they are legitimate?

net worth of their founder(s) -- if it's below 8 figures, I would start to have serious doubts. Also, track record & AUM. That's it.
