How hard is it to exit to VC?
As an analyst who dislikes banking, how tough is it to land at a VC? No looking for A16z, just the industry more generally?

Hard, path is usually ib -> growth equity -> operating experience-> get lucky -> VC seat
Would this be for an associate role in VC? For some reason, I thought you could just exit to VC right after IB?
