How Important is Startup Team Dynamics in VC Assessment
I am a researcher analyzing the importance VC's attach to team dynamics in their evaluation or assessment of nascent startup firms.
I have read VC's attach a lot of importance to founding teams-“A mediocre idea with a good team is better than an excellent idea with a mediocre team”
But realistically, how important is the team dynamics, specifically their experience, education, heterogeneity (Eg. coming from different functional background such as technology, management, sales).
