How much do my VC internships help me with IB recruting?
Basically the title, currently a junior at a "target" Canadian University, already completed one VC internship at a well-known incubator/accelerator in Canada and working at a smaller VC fund this upcoming summer. However, knowing I'm from Canada I realize the risks of working at a smaller fund out of Uni and am opting to try and enter a more "safe" career option like something in traditional finance.
Would love to hear insights from anybody who has experience in transitioning their VC internships into Investment Banking.
