How Startup Business is Viewed During Interviews

I'm a senior preparing for consulting interviews in the fall.

Just wondering how my role in a startup business would be viewed during interviews. I can exaggerate the role to the point that I am the CFO of this company with five employees. My only concern is if i take the time to put this on my resume, how to approach the situation should I be asked something along the lines of "well how are you going to work for this startup company."

Just for backgrounds sake, it's still in the preparations phase, and given the nature of the business, we predict that it won't be up and running for at least about another year or so.

Would appreciate any feedback on whether the benefits of this on my resume outweighs the possibility of concern (from the interviewer's perspective) of time for both "jobs." Also, it may sound stupid, but how good/bad is entrepreneurship viewed upon in interviews? Specifically consulting interviews?

Thanks in advance!

agreed, would like a solid answer to this as well. definitely need to spin it in the direction of being a non 'threat' opportunity for you. I also wouldn't claim being the CFO.
