Hi everyone,
Current MBB consultant here, almost a PL/EM/TL thinking of leaving the industry as soon as possible (I know, not the best timing). What would be the best consulting friendly growth PE/VC shops in Europe? What is currently the best platform to look for these types of jobs (I have not been looking since my MBA 3 years ago, so perhaps something changed) Previously I worked in VC and have an extensive experience in IT/digital technologies.

You can contact headhunting agencies (PER, etc.) and they have "intro documents" about PE/VC recruiting from consulting. Other than that, they tend(ed) to see a lot of positions so it's worth being in touch with them
For VC specifically, there is a monthly newsletter from Von Perger, I believe, that has a bunch of EU openings listed. Might be worth giving it a try.
Yes, I apply from time to time to vacancies from Von Perger / John Gannon, but majority of them are entry level (intern/analyst) type of roles...
