IB Analyst Looking to Break Into VC

Folks - as the title suggests... Currently an IB analyst looking to do something more sustainable / exciting. Any suggestions on how to go about making the shift knowing little to nothing about the industry? Books to read / things to research to learn more? Thanks in advance.
