Left IB (~2-3 years exp) and joined a name brand DTC start up doing strat fin (~1 year) in hopes that some operating experience could help me transition into an Associate role at GE shop. Haven't gotten much traction so wanted to hear about the best ways to network into these roles / what're they looking for?
