Insights on Highland Europe

Any intel on Highland Europe?
They have invested in some cool consumer companies like Huel, and seem to be recruiting heavily from MBB.
More specifically:
- How do they compare against a GA, TCV, Summit and other T1 growth funds?
- What are their reputation in the market? Any insights on returns?
- Would you consider them a late stage VC (hyper growth & unprofitable companies) or a growth equity (more mature, reaching profitability companies) type of investor?

I heard they have a very good culture, leaning towards what you would have in consulting (feedback, ability to take time for personal commitments, etc.)
Also, I heard the fund is more focused on bootstrapped and high growth firms, rather than investing in the typical serie C+ rounds
